Shipping Policy

Every order is carefully packed from Melbourne, Australia.

Australian Orders

Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During collection launches, promotional periods and periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

International Orders

Where international shipping is available, shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your CHÉRLUX pieces.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • ⁠In their original condition
  • ⁠Returned with all original tags attached
  • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, fake tan, marks, pet hair or other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Please note

For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned for change of mind once opened or worn.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for change of mind.

These exclusions do not affect your rights in relation to faulty or defective products under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every CHÉRLUX order is carefully checked before dispatch.

If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@cherlux.au with your order number and photographs of the item so we can assist you.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Return

Please contact hello@cherlux.au within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • ⁠Your order number
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for your return

Please wait for your return request to be approved and return instructions to be provided before sending your item back.
