Returns Policy

At CHÉRLUX, we hope you love your pieces. If your purchase isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and unused
In their original condition
Returned with all original tags attached
Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, fake tan, marks, pet hair or other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned for change of mind once opened or worn.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for change of mind.

These exclusions do not affect your rights in relation to faulty or defective products under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Approved change-of-mind returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like another size or colour, please contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. As CHÉRLUX collections may be released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that your preferred replacement will be available.

If an exchange cannot be accommodated, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every CHÉRLUX order is carefully checked before dispatch.

If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@cherlux.au with your order number and photographs of the item so we can assist you.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
